Berniece passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Wings Home in Allegan. She was born September 27, 1928 in Lugerville, Wisconsin, the daughter of Orville and Mae McMullen. Berniece was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Paw Paw and was also a volunteer at Lakeview Community Hospital. She enjoyed fishing, feeding the birds and her time at Cedar Lake.
She is survived by her husband, Harold W. Sells of Paw Paw; son, Jerry (Anne) Peterson of Allegan; five grandchildren, Ken (Laurie), Mitch (Amy), Joe (Lisa), Jeremiah and Josh; 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth in 1966, her parents, a son, Tom, and a brother, Wayne.
Family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church where the funeral mass will follow at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to Wings Home in Allegan.
