David Ross Lesman

David Ross Lesman, 68, of Lawton, passed away Thursday September 28, 2023, at his home in Lawton.

He was born July 27, 1955, in Kalamazoo, the son of Dale Lesman and Eleanor (Voltz) Lesman.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Lesman, daughter, Damika Lesman, son, Dominick Lesman, one granddaughter, London Hall, his beloved dog Boomer and one sister, Deb (Andrew) Gavrun.

Family and friends are invited to visit Tuesday, October 3, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave., Paw Paw, where a funeral service will commence at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Ron Packer officiating. Burial will conclude at Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton.

Dave knew the value of hard work and was a true entrepreneur. He owned and operated a Pizzeria business in Lawton. He then went on to form Lesman & Associates where he contracted roofing. Dave loved the water and was an avid sailor. He looked forward to attending concerts and auctions. He also had a love for cars and shooting his firearms. Dave enjoyed taking time out for travel and playing a round of golf. He loved his granddaughter and was proud to support her at her sporting events when he was able.
