Esther M. (Soltysinski) Nolan

Esther M. Nolan, age 91 of Paw Paw, passed away August 11, 2018. She was born in Chicago on October 23, 1926 to the late Joseph and Petranella (Wachowski) Soltysinski. She is survived by her children Robert (Wife Nancy) Nolan, Melanie Baggett, grandson, Nicholas (Fiancée Melissa Bigelow) Baggett, great grandson Nolan Baggett, her two canine companions, PunKin Pi, Ruby Jo, along with extended family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Nolan, her dog Poppy, siblings, Edwin Soltysinski, Henry Soltysinski, Knapp Soltysinski, Delphine Kieltyka, Valentine Soltysinski and Phyllis Soltysinski. Esther enjoyed playing Bingo at the Paw Paw Lions and was a longtime parishioner at Saint Mary Catholic Church in Paw Paw. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 16, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 10: 30 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave, Paw Paw. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary Catholic Church, Paw Paw, with Fr. Joseph Xavier officiating. A luncheon will follow the mass in the school gymnasium. Esther will be laid to rest on Friday at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Memorial contributions may be directed to Senior Services of Van Buren County.
