He was widely known as one of the most compassionate and giving individuals you could ever meet, always putting the well-being of others before his own. (Amanda) Boothby, Michelle (Jonathan) Fetrick, Jason (Rachel) Boothby, and Christina (Jacob) Ventura; and 16 cherished grandchildren, Chloe, Oliver, Alexa, Lily, Blake, Crew, Will, Kenna, Caleb, Ellie, Addie, Sophie, Emma, Levi, and Charles, all of whom brought immense pride and joy to his life. He is also survived by his loving mother, Eloise Boothby; and his brother, Ron (Janelle) Boothby; and nephews and nieces, Charles (Lisa) Boothby, Carrie (Heath) Trujillo, Katie (Ron) Uyeyama, Rob (Brittany) Boothby, Angela (Kris) Frauenfelder, and Ron (Kelsey) Boothby.
Fred was preceded in death by his father, Fred C Boothby; and his siblings, Lon (survived by wife, Jody) Boothby, and Carla Boothby.
