Jayne passed away Sunday morning, June 26, 2011 at the Upjohn Community Care Center in Kalamazoo. She was born March 24, 1915, daughter of R. Mott and Mildred (Calkins) Daniels. A member of the First Congregational Church of Kalamazoo, she served as trustee, teacher, and music chairman. On June 22, 1935 she was united in marriage to R. Kendall "Mike" Jones who preceded her in death in 1997. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael L. Jones in 2007. She is survived by a grandson, Blake W. Jones, of Thornton, Colorado; two great grandchildren, Rachel and Bennett; daughter-in-law, Barbara Jones, of Carlsbad, California. Memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church Jones Music Fund. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
