Jeffrey Raymond Goddard

Jeffrey Raymond Goddard, 55, of Lawton, passed away suddenly on Tuesday May 20, 2025, at his home in Lawton.

He was born October 15, 1969, in Paw Paw, Michigan, the son of David Raymond Goddard and Margaret (Stimac) Goddard.

Jeff enjoyed working on cars, relaxing with a cup of coffee in his hand, playing with his nieces and nephews, video games and his job at the brewery. Never one to sit still, Jeff was always working on something! He was a hard worker and a caring soul. His huge heart meant he would give the shirt off his back to anyone who he thought needed it more than him. He cherished his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. He was also the best dog dad to his fur babies, Skeeter and Snowball.

He will be deeply missed by his sister, Julie (Raymond) Grehl; brother, James (Tammy) Roberts; half-brother, Joseph D. Paulus; nieces and nephews, Kayla (Kodie) Wood, Alaina Wood, Maverick Wood, Susie (Scott) Sherburn, Tara (Hunter Shook) Roberts, James (Jazzmyn Owens) Roberts Jr and many extended family members and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, David and Margaret.

Per Jeff's wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no public services at this time. Jeff will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Cemetery in Lawton at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Avenue, Paw Paw, MI 49079, to help cover Jeffrey's final expenses.
