John Bruce Hilbron, 76, of Lawton, passed away Thursday February 6, 2025, at his home in Lawton.
He was born April 18, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Alfred Anthony Hilbron and Gladys Agnes (Annett) Hilbron.
John was the proud owner and operator of KLS & C Railroad for many years. He started his railway career at the Chicago Shoreline Railway. John loved to travel by rail and travel overseas and ride the railways there as well. He had a wide collection of train memorabilia.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tracy (Abrams) Hilbron and best friends since elementary school, Kevin McKinney and Jim Francis.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
