Jorge Luis Hernandez

Jorge Luis Hernandez, 49, of Paw Paw, passed away suddenly on Saturday April 19, 2025, at Bronson LakeView Hospital in Paw Paw.

He was born June 13, 1975, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the son of Ofelia Murillo.

Jorge was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and tuned in to almost every game to cheer them on. He liked to golf when he was able to and enjoyed the serenity of being outdoors. Jorge was a loving father and grandfather and adored his children and grandchildren. He was their biggest supporter and loved them unconditionally.

He is survived by his beloved wife and soulmate, Paola (Garcia) Hernandez; daughters, Ilexis, Iriana and Emily Hernandez; grandchildren, Luna Hernandez-Hunn, Eduardo Mendoza III and Gianna Hernandez Hunn; siblings, Esmeralda Murillo, Juventino (Teagan) Murillo and Victor (Kristen) Murillo and mother, Ofelia Murillo.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Avenue, Paw Paw. Cremation will take place following the visitation.
