Kenneth R. Geren, 70, of Mattawan, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at the Rose Arbor Residence in Kalamazoo.
He was born November 24, 1951, in Kalamazoo, son to the late Alfred R. Geren and Jacqueline (Bright) Geren.
As a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident, Ken enjoyed being self employed. He operated Geren Irrigation for many years. Being an avid music lover, Ken was part of a local band and enjoyed listening to old albums.
He is survived by his Former wife and longtime friend, Sharon Foster; his brother, Mike (Deborah) Geren and his two nephews, Ben and Shawn Geren.
Ken was preceded in death by his brothers, David Geren and Joseph Geren.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no public services at this time.
