Linda Marie (Giddings) Weston

Linda Marie Weston, 66, of Kalamazoo, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 22, 2023, at her home.

She was born October 27, 1956, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the daughter of the late Donald Giddings and Katherine (Rowley) Asenbauer.

Linda was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She married her high school sweetheart, Russ, on August 26, 1978. She had a fierce love for her grandchildren and enjoyed spoiling them. When her son decided to take up car racing some years back, Linda was right there to support him. She loved going deer hunting and taking care of the horses. She had a strong personality, always making her opinion known to others. She loved getting her fingernails done and always had the most unique designs. Linda was the proud owner of Weston Septic and recently celebrated her retirement.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Weston, one son, Courtney (Jamie) Weston, two grandchildren, Bristol and Cayson Weston, her two sisters, Kerry (Glenn) Gallup and Tonia (Wayne) Shearer. She is also survived by her Mother-in-law Arlene Weston and her seven sister-in-laws. Linda was preceded in death by her mother and father and her brother, Donald Giddings as well as her father-in-law Russell Weston.

Family and friends are invited to visit Tuesday, August 1, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave., Paw Paw. A life celebration will follow at the funeral home on Wednesday August 2, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ron Packer officiating.
