Lori Ellen Verburg

Lori Ellen Verburg, 48, of Mattawan, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at her home in Mattawan.

She was born June 20, 1977, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the daughter of Thomas Verburg and Linda (Aukerman) Verburg.

Lori took great pride in her yard and garden at her house. She created beautiful landscape beds and planted many flowers and bushes. Lori adored her two dogs and spoiled them! Her loving heart and kind spirit will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her beloved son, Levi Verburg; brother, Travis (Tammy) Verburg; sister, Lisa Nam; three nieces and two nephews; along with her parents, Tom and Linda Verburg.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Lori's life on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Avenue, Paw Paw.
