Marilyn Rena Erion, 82, of Paw Paw, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday March 11, 2026, at her home in Paw Paw.
She was born February 19, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Clarence Neimeyer and Rena (Kampstra) Niemeyer.
Marilyn grew up and went to school at Christian Reformed Church in Illinois. She started out her working life by selling commercial cleaning services, then she decided to get her real estate license. Marilyn enjoyed being a realtor and the connections she was able to make through her job. She was a woman of strong faith and was a member of the Paw Paw Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Marilyn will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Erion; sons, Richard (Rhonda) Raspatello and Ronnie Raspatello; daughter, Lisa (Paul) Christon; stepdaughter, Paula (Eric) Miller; grandchildren, Rachael Raspatello, Reid Raspatello, Sara Raspatello, Rylan Raspatello, Danielle Fracasso, Mackenna Christon, Keaton Christon, and Kyra Miller; and sisters, Nancy Teune, Evelyn Plazak, Debbie (Jose) Bonilla and Mina (Jerry) Field; along with her beloved Covid Kitty, Willie.
Marilyn was preceded in passing by her parents and brother, Gary Neimeyer.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Avenue, Paw Paw. A memorial service will begin at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Ted Toms officiating.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Paw Paw Seventh-Day Adventist Church Building Fund.
