Robert Ernest Kendall

Robert Ernest Kendall, 79, of Paw Paw, passed away Monday September 14, 2026, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.

He was born August 19, 1947, in Allegan, Michigan, the son of Wilbert Harold Kendall and Hazel Pearl (Myers) Kendall.

Robert had a passion for anything pertaining to cars! He enjoyed going to stock car races and going to car shows, especially to look at the older model cars.

He started every morning by going out to breakfast. His family and close friends would occasionally join him as well. Robert had a beagle that he adored. He spoiled and loved his dog with his whole heart. Robert will be deeply missed by his family and friends but never forgotten.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Kendall Jr. and Glenn Kendall; 31 grandchildren, including Joe Vorva, Robert Kendall III, Kiersten Cooley and Gary Kendall; and 3 great-grandchildren; along with his siblings, Rick Kendall Sr. and Peg Hoger.

Robert was preceded in passing by his parents and siblings, Martha Crawford, John Kendall, and Ronald Kendall Sr.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Avenue, Paw Paw. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Austin Kreutz officiating. Robert will be laid to rest privately at Wildey Cemetery in Paw Paw at a later date.
