Ronald James Koetje, 90, of Lawton, passed away Monday, September 9, 2024.
He was born March 31, 1934, in Grand Rapids, the son of Cornelius Koetje and Gladys (Rozeboom) Koetje.
Ron was a social man, who loved to visit with people. He enjoyed trips to the casino in his free time. He had formerly served in the National Guard.
He is survived by his Two Daughters, Julie (Darwin) Harrison of Lawton and Kim (Dr. Daniel) Alonzi of Alma; four grandchildren, Shaylynn Quinn Alonzi, Stephanie Joy Alonzi, Heather Shane Booker-Harrison and Cassandra Kay (Gary) Melinger; along with one sister, Gloria.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no services at this time.
