Stephen B. Labadie

Steve passed away Saturday morning, July 13, 2019 at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence in Kalamazoo.   Steve was born March 11, 1950 in Dowagiac, MI the son of the late Donald B. and Patricia A. (Brown) Labadie.  He was employed by Ralph Moyle Trucking as an Operations Manager retiring in 2017.  Steve enjoyed fishing, camping, collecting pistols, quad riding, going up north, K-9 friends and being with his family.  On November 7, 1986 in Kalamazoo Steve was united in marriage to Rexine Clark who survives.  Also surviving are 7 children, Tom (Debbie Lee) Meisch, Mike (Krystal) Labadie, Nick Labadie, Angel Homan, Aaron (Sophia) Homan, Ambra Homan, and Brooke Labadie; 24 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; 2 sisters, Linda Crouch of Watervliet and Nancy Streich of Paw Paw, many and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by daughter, Debra Meisch.  As per Steve’s request, cremation has taken place with private family service at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be directed to West Michigan Cancer Center, Kalamazoo. Arrangements made by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
