Vivian a resident of Miller Court and Three Mile Lake passed away Saturday morning, March 19, 2010 at the home of her dear friends, Joe and Beverly Earls in Lawrence. Vivian was born August 17, 1914 in Chicago, IL the daughter of late John and Stella (Lexis) Fliris. Vivian enjoyed playing cards, reading and crossword puzzles. On September 26, 1931 in Chicago, IL, Vivian was united in marriage to George G. Rose who preceded her in death on February 20, 1992. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Estelle Pluta and grandson, George Pluta. Surviving are 2 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; nephew, Jim Fliris; many loving friends including Joe and Beverly Earls, Wava Campbell, Mary Lou Shirley and Ruth Boothby. As per Vivian's request there will be no visitation or services. Interment will be in next to her husband in Wildey Cemetery, Paw Paw. Arrangements by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw.
