William Carl Burk, age 75, of Paw Paw, MI, passed away February 29, 2016. He was born in Maitland, West Virginia on September 4, 1940 to the late Regnal and Sarah (Reeves) Burk. He is survived by his wife, Christine (Wright) Burk, three children, William G. (Kathleen) Burk, Michael Burk and Jennifer (Dennis) Fitzpatrick, six grandchildren, Whitney, Michael, Jared and Anna Burk, Joseph and Jacob Fitzpatrick, two great grandsons, Noah Burk and Carter Bryant, one sister, Brenda (Ilde) Medina of Puerto Rico and his loving dog, Izzy. Bill served his country in the Army and retired from the Michigan State Police. He was able to enjoy 25 years of retirement which he spent golfing, playing cards and Poker and time with his family. At Bill's request, services will be private. He will be laid to rest at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta Michigan.
