Kathleen went to Paw Paw High School. She was kind and welcoming to every person she encountered. Kathy loved her family with all of her heart and soul, her kids were her life. She devoted her life to being a mother. Her greatest joy of all was her family. Nothing completed her heart more and nothing made her happier than spending time with all of her children and grandchildren. Kathy was a very special person and everyone that knew her was blessed with a chapter in their lives they will never forget. Kathleen brought so much to so many.
Kathleen also loved the outdoors, fishing was her favorite hobby. She enjoyed traveling and taking road trips. Kathleen was always up for an adventure and would be the first to say “the riskier the better.” Kathleen loved chasing storms, garage sales, and adding to her many collections.
There are no words to describe how amazing Kathleen was. Her brother Henry would put it into perspective simply as “you will never find a person with a heart bigger than hers.”
As our hearts are filled with sorrow and we grieve the loss of our beloved Kathleen, may we find comfort in knowing she is home looking down at us from heaven, seeing the people she loved most, honoring her life. We each hold a piece of her heart and memories to cherish forever.
Mom, we love you so much, with every bit of our hearts and souls. Look over us and be proud. You were the greatest mother we could ask for. You were our world. We know you're not in pain anymore and your beautiful soul is flying with purple butterflies and angles. May you RIP!
