She was born September 6, 1954, in Saint Joseph, MI, daughter of James and Jacqueline (Snyder) Emhoff.

Pam graduated from high school and was a very proud working woman. She was big into selling Avon and cleaning homes. She was kind to everyone, all the time, and she had a positive and cheery attitude no matter the day ahead of her. Pam loved to sew, visit with her family and friends, take vacations to Disney World, watching I Love Lucy and Shirley Temple, and cook. Her homemade pizza and heavenly hash were some of the best. Above everything she adored her family. She strived to teach her daughters to be honest, loving, and above all to always love and trust in Jehovah God. Pam was a faithful Jehovah's Witness who was baptized in May of 1980 and had been serving Him for 39 years.

Pam was married to Michael Froeber for 20 years, they had four children but unfortunately their marriage ended. He survives.
