Timothy James Ryder

Timothy James Ryder, 37, of Lawton, passed away suddenly Saturday May 30, 2020.

He was born March 2, 1983 in Kalamazoo, the son of R. Scott (Denise) Ryder and Ella (Fabel) Ryder.

Tim was a Graduate of Loy Norrix High school. Being the youngest of his siblings he was exposed to many extra curricular activities his brothers participated in. He enjoyed being involved with drama and theater as well as the Master Singers and the Loy Norrix Musicals. In addition, Tim was an athlete, starting out with soccer and moving to football and hockey. Following high school Tim attended WMU earning a degree in Anthropology. As time went on, Tim became more interested in politics and he enjoyed a good challenging conversation. Those that knew Tim knew of his kindness and good sense of humor.

He is survived by his two brothers, Joshua Scott (Holly) Ryder and Adam Paul (Megan) Ryder; niece, Lorelei  Ryder; step-sister, Kirby Jarzeboski; uncle, Tim (Vicki) Ryder; three cousins, Cory (Alissa) Ryder, Seth (Nicole) Ryder and Rachel (Tyler) Lemkau.

Due to the current restrictions, there will be a memorial service announced at a later date.
